Before the works start
This solution is also known as ‘assisted sale’. We will renovate the property, at our own expense, with no exchange of ownership to us (as we are not traditionally purchasing your property). After the renovation is completed, the property will then be re-introduced to the market to be sold to a traditional buyer - hence 'assisted sale', as the name suggests, we assist you in the sale.
Before works start, we discuss all details, which are included in the legally binding contract we will have in place. This will clearly define obligations of both parties as well as the pre-agreed value that you, as the owner, will receive after the property is sold to a buyer.

Before works start, as part of our legal contract, we will agree the value you will receive after the property is sold (post-renovation).
We will decide the renovation level that will be carried out in the property, and collaborate with our building team to complete this. It's in our interest to provide a high-quality finish to ensure the best re-sale price - as the final sale price (accepted offer value) does not influence the amount you will receive, since this is fixed in our contract.
