 It does what it says on the tin. We have the obligation to pay the rent monthly, whether the property has been booked by guests or not, it’s truly guaranteed

We are looking for a long-term agreement (usually between 2-5 years) which means no void periods for you 

We are not a letting agency, so there are no deductions, we pay the full rent directly to you 

You don't need to manage the flat, we will do that. Including daily admin, guest enquires, cleaning and maintenance service providers...

We cover the cost of minor fixes as we have a maintenance team on call to ensure all is in order, giving you more time and less expenses

More regular cleans that if it was rented to a tenant - we have a fantastic cleaning team that attend the property after every checkout 

Not only because we must return it to you in its original condition; but also because we want to continue attracting bookings

Regular visits to inspect the property with full report provided. It means we keep an eye on any potential issues and remedy quickly
